First off, I want to say that I have never,EVER yelped anyone before, but I felt that I needed to let everyone know what a godsend Scott Kim was to me. For about 2 long stressful years the IRS was on my back for a large sum of money that I DID NOT OWE,not to mention the huge penalty fees attached! It was a simple ssn number mix up. For 2 years i did everything to explain & prove the error through letters/official documents & phone calls back & forth with the IRS .....nothing worked.
