THEY WILL SELL YOU ILLEGAL TINT AND NOT FIX IT. I sat on this review for a while to make sure I wasn't being irrational. The sales people are some of the rudest people I have ever spoken to, they make you feel dumb and are so unhelpful. How unhelpful are they? THEY SOLD ME ILLEGAL TINT and I got pulled over for it. I asked the sales man when purchasing for dark but of course I want it legal, come to find out it wasn't the hard way. I called kindly to Recify the situation DIRECTLY with the shop, the salesman I spoke to on Sunday at around 6:30 PM refused to help even though I answered all his questions he still fought me because he's not making money. I called another tint place SAVYS and they are helping me unlike the jet black tint people who sold me the awful tint. Jet black said They were going to charge me $40-$60 per window to remove their bad tint even thought there is a warranty, I feel like illegal tint should fall under your warranty. I could go on and on about the really bad experience I had in December when I first got the tint done but it's not worth it. The main point is they will sell you a bad product and then fight you on it and charge you for their mistake. Also the tint was lack luster I will be having them all redone by another shop I spoke to this morning.

Do not risk damaging your car. The installers to management are irresponsible and do not care . They broke my wood trim because they didn't remove 1 screw that was easy to find. First after speaking with 2 other managers who no longer work there I was finally able to speak to the manager named Bahomie (spelling may be incorrect). He said he would order the damaged part and then said he could not find it. I found it in 5 minutes and gave him the link. He then said he wanted to just pay for the part . (I guess it was too much work to order the part.) He said I could pick up payment at the shop. I then called the shop, and they said my payment was not ready and did not know when they would have it. I called Bahomie again, and he said I would have to sign a release of responsibility form that states I have been paid before I get any payment. Finally, after all this back and forth he said he would hang up on me after I said I would gladly sign the form after receiving payment. Click! He hung up. This place is a joke. Don't save a few $ go to a reputable shop. Broken trim, hair under the tint, water stains, and scratches on my interior leather. Many phone calls and texts that I still have from August of 2023 over this small issue. This is an honest but bad review for a $250 part. 1 star is generous.

Decent quality film, careless install. I 've gotten my car tinted 8 months ago and have gone back 5+ times for redos. They don't clean your windows enough, aren't through with their checks and allow anything to pass. Unprofessional business, tried getting a refund from them but no luck. As for the film installed, Solargard VortexIR, its a good quality film but gives off a blue hue from outside looking in which for my tastes looks cheap and unnatural. Don't go here, instead support a small business that actually deserves your business and values your time. Find a shop that offers Llumar film, some of the best film in the industry and doesn't give off a blue hue.

I came in for a deal they had for 99 dollars & free removal they ended up charging me 350 ones I came in & they where very unhelpful & ones I told them about 99 dollars they told me over the phone they said that they never said that & now that I payed I have bubbles they where charging me over as if it was my fault!!!

Super shady pricing. Their groupon DOES NOT state or tell you the price is only for the back windows. You want tint all around? Pay an extra $80 per window. I only found this out after calling to schedule an appointment. I promptly refunded the groupon due to sheisty bait and switch/upsell tactics.
