OMG! Excellent Customer Service! Jose & the other guy with the ponytail were polite & super courteous. It manifested in their work. OUTSTANDING! Clean, smooth, upscale, celebrity tints. I had an amazing experience with Hamadi and Arlen! From start to finish, Hamadi was incredibly accommodating, polite, resourceful, kind, and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly.
The tinted windows came out absolutely amazing — clean, smooth, and professionally done. What really impressed me was his willingness to help troubleshoot issues I had been struggling to fix for a long time. Not only did he figure everything out, but he managed to get it all handled in just half a day when nobody else could.
