I was convinced to give them a call. Erica answered, I descrobed the situation, my girlfiends favorite color, Erica suggested an arrangement of flowers that were different shades of purple. Erica told me she could deliver them that afternoon. Later tha afternoon, I receive a text message and picture from my girlfriend. Gleefully telling me how much she loved the flowers and how it made her day. I called Erica to thank her. She told how surprised and gratefull my girlfriend was. I am now a dedicated patron of The Flower shop. The service was great. The price reasonable. It was Erica's personnal touch that has made me a dedicated customer.”
