“Traci was a DOLL to work with and she put the cherry on top of our event decor for sure! After working with another florist in the area and feeling like I was getting ghosted, I found Traci from Fleurs d'amour and Joy and thank goodness I did - she and I talked for like 45 minutes about the 50th anniversary party we were throwing for my in-laws. She asked about the space, the vision, other details. She asked to see their original wedding photos so she could incorporate their wedding colors into the centerpieces. Everything came out so perfectly and she was able to do it within our budget. My mother in law called me the day after the party to tell me she was staring at the sweetheart table bouquet she took home and loved how it reminded her of their original wedding flowers. The arrangement was incredible. The picture doesn't do it justice, it was that beautiful. She had my mother in tears over how beautiful the flowers were. The quality and care she put into the arrangement was worth every penny, not even to mention the service and care she provided.

You can tell she prioritizes what she does for every order. She shared some very special words about mothers and had me cry a few tears because of her authenticity and care. No one shares the human experience anymore and this was sweet reminder how fragile life is.

Upon calling them and speaking with Rose, I explained that we wanted a bouquet of 80 roses made up of 4 different colors for our sister's 80th birthday. I asked if she could do this. “San Francisco location - Paula was amazing, she was there from start to finish. Paula has a fine eye for detail and selection. She makes the bouquet process easy and simple. During the process she sends over a picture of the flowers she will be using and also FaceTimes with a mock display to make sure your are happy with your product.
