Here’s a possible review for your experience:

I recently visited this shop for a simple dress alteration and was shocked when they quoted me $40. When I politely said I’d think about it, the staff’s attitude completely changed—they became rude and even laughed at me, which was incredibly unprofessional. I felt disrespected by the whole interaction. I ended up taking my dress to Happy Gift, where they only charged me $10 for the same service, and the experience was much more pleasant. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience. There are better, more affordable, and respectful options elsewhere.

I have been going here since I moved to San Leandro back in 2007. My lady has been doing my hair through all my life phases (layers, bangs, bob cuts, etc) Just a couple weeks ago I went to her again for an above the shoulder cut and we talked about how when I first went to her I was a teenager and now I'm 4 kids in. I love her! She's patient, she's kind and she's experienced. Every style I've asked her to do, she has done and wonderfully! I will continue going to her, she's a hard worker and despite the pandemic, she kept going!

Not good...entire time she was cutting, was watching vietnamese drama. I asked for a 3 on top and one on side, and basically she made me almost bald. Been going for 6 months and this is very bad. Will find another place.Service: Haircut
