I had an amazing first-time experience with Ms. Delane and Phenix. The service was delivered with care, kindness, gentleness, cultural responsiveness, and quality. My service was also educational. This is my new nail care spot. I'm so glad I took a chance and booked an appointment here.
This place is really one of a kind, like no other nail salon I've ever seen. First, every person there has been so kind, and does a wonderful job with a simple manicure and pedicure to handling more complicated skin and nail issues. They really take their time and work magic here! Second, the quiet, private setting is extremely relaxing. And last thing I'll say is I love their focus on natural, organic products! I love this place!
I'd like to share with anyone who reads my review. Delane has the most beautiful spirit. I say spirit because you can feel the genuine pleasure she takes in wanting to heal and taking pride in what she does best. Making it the most comfortable/zenful experience. Dalane has so much experience in which she shared with me (when you book an appointment, she can advise) that i have to say this was the best experience I could have ever had. I'm so glad to have been able to find such a gem.
