My experience here has been quite superb! I currently only utilize the Behavioral Health/mental health services. I have ASD/ADD/depression and was nervous to transition to this clinic when I moved nearby, I truly feel very comfortable coming here for my personal Therapy & Psychiatry. Dr. Ruiz worked with me to find the ideal combination of medicine to treat my Inattentive ADD/depression. The Psych department worker Jenni has also been super responsive on the phone and when unavailable has always returned my voicemail. If I get any other care here I may update this review but I give their Behavioral Health services a 10/10!!!!

Due to recent change of insurance from Sutterhealth to Alameda Alliance I was not thrilled going to a New place, but as I walked in I was greeted with such kindness from Joseline at front desk. She made me feel comfortable aided with a smooth register-& assured my care at the clinic would be great, I trusted her word to go thru with appointment and wasn't disappointed. She knows her way around that place- The way she effectively communicates and helped me understand the processes and obtaining my medical records to be sent over was beyond extraordinary customer service. Let's just say I have a 2nd appointment made . Thanks Joseline R.
