Chris actually helped me fix the problem over the phone, and he did not have to come out. That was just so nice of him. I am home for several weeks recovering from emergency surgery and this took a lot of stress off my shoulders. Thank you Chris, for your help!! Will use you the next time I have any issues.

I initially contacted Chris for a general service appointment of a wall heater. He was flexible in deciding the date and we were actually able to arrange an earlier scheduled time. Chris went above and beyond checking all mechanisms even to the point of accessing the attic for any origin point issues. He made recommendations and took photos to pinpoint a couple areas of concern.
