Beautiful Braids

I got my hair done on 06/09/2023 by this Hairstylist in a style called knotless braids. I took the braids down on 07/14/2023 evening and a whole braid came out of my head due to knots that were tied around my hair. I took pictures and contacted The stylist 07/16/2023 over text and had a phone conversation that same day. I told the hairstylist I had knots on three of my braids and one of my braids it resulted in me losing a whole braid of hair. I told her I wanted to be compensated she stated she could reimburse up to 100.00 dollars in cash app. and to just send her my cash app. I text her my cash app after our phone conversation.
