Dont use to place to restore shoes. Alex, the shoe cleaner is non responsive. Gave my shoes fir him to clean back on November, told me it would take 2 weeks, didnt get them back after 4 months. Everytime I tried to contact them, i recieved no response. Calls, Emails, or Text. I had to literally wait outside the store to catch him. No only that, the quality of the restoration is something i could have dome at home. The original price was $100, but due to the blood qaulity I paid $40. Avoid this place if possible, the shoe restoration pics they show on IG isnt reflective of current work and are years old.

Only came here to get my shoes clean/restored, but experience the first time was great! Brought in a pair of my favorite sneakers to be restored. Alex the restoration guy had my shoes for months. I have been trying to pick up my restored shoes since April but nothing. Their website doesn't work and their phone number is no longer in service. They don't respond on Instagram... So now I'm out on a pair of shoes and what I paid

Business must be amazing at this place because I’ve been by here three times, and according to their business hours they open at 12 noon. Don’t bank on that. If you’re not going to bother to show until 2pm or 3pm, cool. Just post it, we good.
