I LOVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE!!!! They are so professional, careful, and friendly. OMG i’ll def come back many more times. I came here this morning for braces, and I love the way my orthodontist takes care of all things. I forgot to ask his name, but he’s the best orthodontist I’ve met!!!!

I haven't gone to the this Western dental since the start of the pandemic, and I went in for an exam/cleaning and it was smooth, granted I haven't been in a while but the wait was longer than a wait should be (45min after my initial scheduled appointment) and they where going to lunch mid my appointment so it did overlap on lunch time. So I had to schedule another appointment for an exam another day. But when I did get to the exam cleaning appointment (when I was able to), it was smooth as one would expect it to be. I have braces for a year now and every time I go to this office for treatment they are always so kind and professional. I had an appointment today at 4:00 pm for Ortho and was seen at 3:50 pm right at check in. They are always so nice and helpful on each visit all of the front staff is super friendly and I highly recommend this office to everyone.
