“The staff at Dr. Navarro always provides the best care for our littles.I can't help but worry before bringing my youngest daughter in for her appointments - she is anxious, fidgety, does not warm up to people easily, and finds being in social situations very stressful. So understandably, a visit to the dentist office is just not her jam.Pauline was so so SO (one more in CAPS) patient with my baby girl who at first refused to even lie down. Pauline spoke calmly to her, explained exactly what she would do during the cleaning and did her best to put my daughter at ease. There were tears and some screaming at first, but Pauline was gentle, nurturing, and understanding. She gave my girl some time to wipe her tears, take a few breaths, pick a movie to watch, and ask her all sorts of questions to distract her from the nerves.Eventually my babe did lie down and get her cleaning done. Pauline told her she was so brave for lying down and getting her teeth "shiny like a princess again." My little girl walked out 10 feet tall and told everyone about how she was so brave with " Aunty Pauline."Thank you so much Pauline and Dr. Sara for working your magic on my little. Big thanks also to Leena who worked on my oldest babe while making her feel comfortable with her storytelling and positivity. She always creates positive experiences for my ladies. “I was totally Blessed today by Dr Cooper & his assistant Jenny!!!!! I can’t show nor express enough how Thankful I am! I had a need for an ASAP appointment do to my root canal tooth, I called the office on Monday & Jenny got me in Wednesday, to be even more Thankful, Jenny called telling me that there was a cancellation for an earlier appointment if I wanted it & I said, yes! Wednesday morning on my appointment I was scared & nervous of what the outcome was going be. Jenny helped me & made me feel more at ease, when Dr Cooper came in the room, greeted me & started his professional dentist work on my tooth, then he took me an extra couple of miles of being great not only helping me with my issue I came in for, he also did a few extra procedures.Dr Cooper is up front & tell the patient straight forward what needs to be be done, explains step by step & shows the patient if needed. Generous, caring & helpful in taking me in for my urgent need. I grateful for finding Dr Cooper. He has been helping me now for a few years & remember’s me when I come to my appointment & does what I went in for plus more if needed.Thank you Dr Cooper & Jenny for getting me in so quick & getting me fixed up plus cleaning all on same day, I was to come in following day to do cleaning but I couldn’t so he offered to save me a trip & help clean them!!!!AWESOME!!!!
