“I called this office right when they opened because of an urgent concern with my daughter and Marlene at the front desk was amazing. She listened carefully and understood exactly what we needed and got us a same-day appointment. We saw Dr. Lam and she took her time explaining everything clearly, which we appreciated. She gave us some real personal insight into our situation and made the whole conversation feel even more genuine and reassuring. The rest of the team was also welcoming and warm from the moment you walked in. Overall, the vibe of the office felt cozy and calming (maybe it was the trees?), instead of clinical.
