im not understanding why no one ever answers the phone. Imagine being told to follow up with your primary care doctor and you can't even get in touch with them! beyond frustrating especially when you're in urgent need!
DO NOT GO HERE! I strongly advise against choosing the Washington Neighborhood Health Clinic as your primary doctor's office. While the doctors and providers are friendly, the clinic's service is very inconsistent and extremely frustrating. You'll never be able to get ahold of them! It's nearly impossible to reach them via phone. You have to keep calling constantly for them to answer, otherwise they make you leave a message and wait for them to call you back. What if it is an urgent matter? Unacceptable. Many of the front desk girls are rude and unfriendly, treating you as if you are bothering them. Impossible to reach the office by telephone, so frustrating. Rescheduled my appointment twice and they missed a phone appointment that they had scheduled for me. Very disappointing service.
