Rosemary Want does not bother to reply to her client’s requests. I sent her two emails and tried to leave a voicemail and haven’t heard anything back. Good luck calling—her mailbox is full and can’t even take messages, which is very unprofessional for a client-based business. You can tell that she doesn’t care about clients. Take your money somewhere else.

They increased service fee without telling clients in advance. Rosemary only talked to you at the first consultation. Once you hire them to do your tax, she passed it to her staff which has not much tax experience as her. Therefore, I didn't really save much tax.
