“Came here today Sunday 4/24/2021 - for the very first time to get my 2020 Taxes done with zero expectations. The Tax Office we normally go to wasn't available, (Closed due to 2020/2021 - COVID/Pandemic), so thought this would be a decent place to get Taxes done on a weekend. I was served by Ms. Kristie (Dung) guessing her name is "Kristie Uyen Le" based on the business card she handed me. She took a look at my paperwork and said "Ok, this is easy, Two W-2's and a few other things, we can do this.." I said "Well, great. How much?.." She said "We charge $70" um..thinking to myself..."Ok, for a first time Customer I guess...it would be nice if she could have trimmed a bit off the price tag, but what ever. * shrug * Ms. Kristie was professional and courteous. The whole process took about 20 min from start to finish..with E-File. EDIT - 5/19/2021 - Tax Returns arrived..as expected! Very happy...looking forward to returning again next year. :) Thank You!“

“We have been going to Bob Miller for years, he always does a thorough careful review and preparation of our taxes. I like that he explains each step as he goes along and then reviews it to make sure we understand and agree with everything. This year he is able to see clients via SKYPE or ZOOM, although we go to his home office. His prices are fair, based on how long it takes and how complicated the return is. The price is pretty comparable to H&R Block but the service is so much better. I highly recommend Robert Miller tax services“
