An absolute mess. Asked me to send my bank account information via unsecured email. Almost made me commit tax fraud by not reporting income because they can’t manage to read a pdf. Underestimated what we owed and we got slapped with an additional huge bill by the IRS. Can’t do the basics . Awful communicators

I recently got query on my tax return that i filled on 2017 and found out that they have not included the information that I have given to them. Also, they are not accepting that they missed the information and saying that everything was correct from their side. They are playing a typical blame game by not taking the responsibility of their mistake. I spoke to their Vamshi, Naresh and manager Abhishek they are not accepting that it is their fault and they missed the information. Worst tax filing experience i have had . They tell you about promotional options upfront , beware of referral's . They promise you to credit the referral amount in 3 months , but you will never ever get them . Don't fall for the trap . Watch out for Sowmya !!
