I have only the highest praise for the Trenchfree company. I had been dealing with root intrusion in my 50 year old line for several years and was trying to manage it with a proactive line clearing every 6 months, which eventually failed when the roots grew into the plumbing inside the house. From the initial bid, where they came to examine the line with a camera, locate all the pipes with a pipe finder, to the completion of the project they were professional, responsive and courteous. Fast, efficient, friendly and professional. Responded quickly to a follow-up issue. All of that came with a hefty price tag… very expensive But so far things are working. Carlos was great to work with and Luis did a great job.
We discovered that our clay sewer pipe was sinking and needed to be replaced. The first contractor who evaluated the situation wanted to tear up nearly half the landscaped front yard to solve the problem. I saw a fleet of TrenchFree trucks on the freeway and called. I am so glad I did! The evaluation with cameras down the line was easy, Antonio was super knowledgeable and provided a truly reasonable option of replacing the line with flexible pipe. It required minimal digging. The crew that did the work was professional, communicative and left the yard looking like nothing had ever happened! Super impressed. Highly recommend TrenchFree.
