I wish I could give 10 stars! Best experience ever in home repair! Eric is an amazing challenge solver, but best of all he actually cares and wants to help. He took all the anxiety out of the situation of trying to find a fix for an older walk-in spa tub's broken part whose manufacturer went out of business years ago. Jaime and Travis, the technicians that came and did the work, had the same caring determination and did a beautiful job! Kudos to Tool Time!

This company is incredibly good!! I cannot praise them enough.

First, Eric Calamia, the owner, re;plied within 30 minutes of my on -line request. My husband had made a big mistake when he tried to assemble the desk and damaged it badly. Eric understood the situation immediately. He was friendly and kind, and even funny, saying he would get my husband out of the hot water. And, man, did he do that and so beautifully!! He had one of his employees, Minh Tran, come the very next day, which was yesterday as I write this, and he was fabulous, as Eric told me he would be.

Last minute I change my mind and "Jaime" the expert electrician for Tool Time is there the next morning tweeking and finessing the details of my bathroom lighting to perfection. Always courteous, punctual -the ultimate craftsman...once again THANK YOU.
