Tom installed a kitchen faucet (Delta Essa Touch Bar Faucet) and a TOTO washlet for me. He came within a couple of days after I contacted him, and he finished all the work on the day. He was responsive and communicative. I liked that he accepted PayPal for the payment. Both the faucet and the washlet have been working great. I highly recommend him.
