Joe is an AMAZING personal trainer. I am motivated, challenged, and encouraged to surpass my own limitations. I am impressed with the way he keeps up with my progress via an interactive app. He makes you feel like you are his only client. I appreciate how he comments and makes suggestions on my food choices, and if I am not meeting my walking or exercise goals, he will give me gentle reminders to get back on track. His expectations during our workouts are for me to do my best and push past my own mental blocks on what I think I can do. He is cordial, complimentary, and probably the best fitness choice I have ever made for myself.
My colleagues and I train with Joe twice a week, and I could not be more impressed with his commitment to his clients and his craft. Beyond his extensive knowledge of physical training, he supports each of us to achieve our fitness goals and personally keeps us accountable to them. He also goes above and beyond in finding innovative ways to make exercise fun and exciting. For example, throughout October to December, he leads a holiday steps challenge across all of his clients. Could not recommend him enough!
Joe with StartLive. Fit provides fitness training sessions 2 days per week at our company, which makes the best 2 days of my work week. Joe is an experienced trainer. He listens to our fitness goals and motivates us to do more than what we thought we could. Joe shows us how to do exercises safely and effectively. He helps me to past the point where I would stop on my own.
