Brandon is our hero. He’s extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. He put our family first and was very transparent with pricing and his service.
He fixed our AC on the same day we called. He was incredibly patient when we couldn’t figure out how to access the roof. His quick thinking creatively resolved our problems and he even helped us improve airflow in our home, going above and beyond to make sure our family is kept cool. Lead tech Charles recently completed 2 projects. The 1st is a trouble shooting project &.a new installation. I chose Charles because he proved his skills in both projects. Charles has demonstrated thorough technical skills & impeccable integrity & practicality - a rare combination. He installed. the latest model of a heat pump which is working perfectly & he & his tech Eric did a fantastic job in both projects. I give an A+ & strongly recommend Pelle for HVAC consulting installation.
