Horrific customer service and NP’s. I was contacted by a NP saying I have not yet picked up a blood test order - I completed it over a week ago! I sent a message about another test result to my OB and her NP took four days to respond to me with a “I’m waiting on confirmation from the doctor who is out of town”.

Sutter is a joke! My car gets more attention at the mechanic than I do when I come there. Asking to do blood work because you feel symptoms is being laughed at by the NP! Saying unless you have this one symptom, we don’t give you any diagnostics. I am scared for my well being of continuing to go to this hospital because you will be belittled and ignored. But don’t worry at least they have a fancy new facility where they do NOTHING for you! All they care about is how fast they saw you and how long you waited for your appointment! Not the actual care you (didn’t) receive.

If you are on time and don’t get called within 5 min of your appointment, check with the front desk!!

I now remember why I stopped coming for annual exams. I arrived 20 min early. Sure there was a problem with my insurance card on file so I had to call and get an updated member ID. That took 6 minutes so I was still on time for my 1pm appointment. I got my form to fill out and sat in the waiting area. 15 minutes passed by and I figured they were running behind. Not a problem, I’m an HCP myself so I get it. 30 minutes pass and I go ask the front desk if there is a delay. They tell me I wasn’t even checked in so no one knew I was waiting to be seen. Wow.
