Had a procedure here and the entire process went smoothly from arrival to departure. The instructions were clear, and the answered any questions I had leading up to the procedure. Staff was friendly and calming upon arrival, and all the staff members who did the intake, the actual procedure, and discharge were friendly, communicated what they were going to do, and answered all my questions. Dr . Levitt and team were great,. They were all very professional, friendly and caring for the patients. I highly recommend them! This was my second time having the procedure. I met with Dr Levitt before the procedure, he reviewed my family history, current condition and the procedure. The office staff reviewed the steps for fasting and the prep. 12 hours before procedure I stopped eating foods and I stuck to eating lots of sugar free green jello, Italian lemon ices and drinking hot chicken broth. Dr. Levitt and surgery staffs were beyond the best, nice and treated patients with their hearts of caring . Otherwise, the woman with lavender skirt in the photo below was incredible rude and mean to patients. She should not sit there to reprepsent an professional clinique like this . What a shame!!!!!
