I've done my taxes with Melissa since I started working and needed to process returns. My dad's side of the family had been using this company for tax processing long before Melissa took over and I am so glad she took over and has kept the business thriving. When my dad passed away, she was genuinely sad because she has known my family for years. We only talk once or twice a year but she is like extended family to me! Ruiz and Associates are terrific tax service. I've been using their services for many years now. The last several years I've lived in Fresno. For me to drive to her office is all worth while. Mellisa is very good, understanding and professional. She is very knowledgeable and up to date on the latest tax laws. Before I leave her office I always know exactly my outcome on my taxes. I would highly recommend her to anybody. She is the best and her fees are very minimal for the service she provides..
I called Ruiz & Associates after another company left me in a bind by closing their office early with no notification despite my confirmed appointment. The associates I spoke with were very helpful and informative. Although they weren’t able to fit me in due to the tax extension deadline approaching, they offered some guidance to help me with my current needs. I will use their services beginning in the next tax season & for many years to come due to their kindness and professionalism.
