Clay was very helpful in getting me set up over the phone, and Fernando did quick, efficient work installing it; it took him less than an hour, and he was kind and courteous throughout.

This company continues to amaze me. I moved from one apartment to another and wanted to continue with City Water Filter's service. Fernando came over to uninstall my RO filter at my old apartment and then reinstall it at my new one. He was punctual, kind, professional, and did an incredible job. Thank you Fernando!

Been with City Water Filter for over 5 years and each year I get a reminder to my filter replaced. This year's technician is Fernando and he showed up an hour early and quickly replace the filters and provided some helpful information. Terrific service!
