Omar arrived soon after my call for service. He was informative, patient and helpful in explaining the full scope of my shower clog issues(main had tree roots) which he addressed the best way possible. I also appreciated that Omar was dressed very clean cut, and conscientiously used shoe covers as he came in and out of my home. It was nice doing business with him.
