I had a t-valve nut cross threaded on a pipe. Since the space was tight, pliers and wrench didn't seem to help. So, thought of having a plumber give it a go with right kind of tools. I came across Stephen and explained him the issue. He understood the problem quickly, and asked me to send photos. Just over a few messages, he explained what to do and the nut came out just right. He was very kind to provide help on phone!

Eric came out to unclog our shower. It was a very complicated problem and Eric was determined to fix it. He did! And he was the second plumber to come out, the first one failed. I can't say enough how professional Eric was, I really appreciate his skill and respectfulness.

Steve and his team have done several jobs for us over the past few years. The first and largest was to replace a broken water heater with a tankless water heater. His quote was fair compared to 2 others that I received. The quote was not only decently priced, but better explained with more options and he was the only one to work out solutions to some of the dilemmas that we had with a new tankless system. He and everyone on his team who has come out have been personable, polite, tidy, and knowledgable. Steve is my go to plumber and I've recommended him to several friends. He has always been quick to respond and accommodating around my schedule.
