Sal and team did a fantastic job for our 625 sq ft addition and home remodel. We have worked with them in the past, and consequently had high expectations of them. They were able to skillfully navigate the city’s labyrinthine processes around permits and inspections, and complete a complex job with multiple vendors, within a reasonable timeframe even with uncertainty and hiccups along the way. A very well structured payment schedule defined in the contract also made it possible for us to anticipate when different bills were due, enabling better planning for us. We recently gave our home a facelift, with the main focus being our kitchen remodel. As first-time home buyers, we had no idea where to start. QA builders (Josh Sharon) were a pleasure to work with. After reviewing my request they quickly came back with a quote and clearly explained the process and what was included in quote. Their designer was super helpful and helped us come up with a really cool plan for the 2 bathrooms we wanted to remodel. They then were flexible when planning the dates to start the project and were able to make changes when certain events on my end messed up the schedule. Finally, the workman ship was amazing. The end product was better than expected at a price I thought was reasonable.
