Great place to work out and get in shape. Friendly staff and members who really encourage and motivate each other. For those that don't like going to regular gyms this is the place for you.

Lucas is an amazing trainer!The atmosphere was always welcoming with a smile on everyone’s face. The energy level was 10/10!!Great, knowledgeable trainers and outstanding group of people!

I joined this gym after meeting Mandy the owner. This is a true community and as I am just beginning and can't do the crazy workouts at full weight (yet) all the members and trainers encourage and motivate me to keep pushing! I am a member for life and please join and we'll see you at 6am ?
