My family and I have been visiting this clinic for over a decade now. We consistently have a wonderful experience with Dr. Ngo and her entire staff. Not only are they highly professional, but they are also incredibly compassionate.
I highly recommend Dr. Ngo and her entire team at North Valley Optometry because she is a supportive physician who cares about helping the entire person, specifically eye health, but also overall health. I've been going to Dr. Ngo for years (so many that I can't remember) and it just ocurrred to me now to write a Yelp review, sharing my recommendations on this platform. I've already recommended her to family (my brother and wife already went) and I will continue to recommend because Dr. Ngo is an excellent optometrist. Even though I have gone to her for years and she most likely has so many patients, she remembers little details about me and my family and has conversations with me. Dr. Ngo is someone who wants to take time to get to know and make patients feel comfortable--the best "bedside manner." And then her team/staff mirrors her caring and supportive manner. Sometimes I have very specific requests for my glasses and they go above and beyond to try to meet my needs. An above and beyond doctor and staff who will care for you and your eye health--that's why I 100% recommend Dr. Ngo and North Valley Optometry.
This review is solely based on Nam (sorry if I spelled this wrong). I haven't even met the doctor yet but Nam helped me get everything coordinated for my upcoming appointment. I called to see if I could get a second opinion and I was willing to pay out of pocket because I didn't want to cause any inconvenience with my previous doctor or this doctor. She set me up with an appointment and recommended I call my insurance anyway to let them know my lenses were not where they need to be. Because of her suggestion, I was able to talk to my insurance and they are now covering me for a 2nd opinion. I can't thank Nam enough! I look forward to meeting the doctor and Nam :)
