They lost my MK top and proceeded to tell me that the description i gave was not what I dropped off. Now I need to go speak to the manager in the morning. They offered me a credit of what the dry cleaning cost would have been. What makes them think I'm returning and what makes them think that's going to solve the issue. Zero stars is more like it.

Gary, Han and David are all awesome
However the lady (their cousin?) that comes in after 9 is expressionless, rude and whines.
She whines if my shirt sleeves are not pulled out during drop off, she whines when I use a coupon. Finally, most recently she lost a pair of pants and told me she was too busy to look for it. Now after 5 years, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Sorry Gary, Han, and David… Your employee is rude. Do something about it and I am happy to consider coming back. BTW its called Superior Cleaners now.

*NOTE, Looked up the company thru Secretary of State and this company should not even be operating. All status is Terminated. Will report soon if I am not contacted. Gary (Owner of SUPERIOR CLEANERS) Needs to get in contact with me ASAP. I just got married two weeks ago and took my tuxedo in to get cleaned. Completely ruined my jacket. Doesn't fit anymore, fabric stripped, color different, puckered all the way around the edges. It is a complete mess and I was going to wear it again for a second reception next week. I am livid and need an explanation along with reimbursement for the jacket. I will report this company to the city soon if nothing is done to replace my jacket.
