Dr. Noushin Sheidaei is the worst! The staff was really nice but I cannot stand a Doctor who has no bedside manners. This Doctor will dismiss you and act like you are wasting her time. Tapping on her watch after attending to me almost an hour after my appointment. Ridiculous. Telling me she has an IMPORTANT pap smear to get to. Will be reporting her. I suggest others to do the same. Why go into a career where it requires you to patient care. Yet can't even do that. Goes to show who had the worst scores in Medical school. It shows.

Amazing experience here for my daughters first visit. The person I spoke to at the front desk was very nice and quick to process us. Once we were taken back, our nurse was very kind and made us feel extremely welcome. She was extremely skilled, calm, and made the ouchie parts not so bad. Our NP, Nina Waloewandja was the best provider we have seen, she was patient, understanding and my girl loved her. Overall we had a wonderful experience. Thank you to all the staff!

The center, once you are inside, is well run, the staff is courteous and I love love Dr. Salazar, but the unbelievable wait times to talk to anyone in the office is awful. If you call after 1:00 pm the phone rings and then goes to a busy signal, or you wait on hold in the automated system for 10, 15, 20 mins and then it tells you the person you are trying to reach voicemail box is full and disconnects you. I have waited up to 43 minutes to speak to someone live. It is very frustrating. I give Dr. Salazar and his staff 5 stars but the wait times on the phones 1 star.
