Amazing experience here for my daughters first visit. The person I spoke to at the front desk was very nice and quick to process us. Once we were taken back, our nurse was very kind and made us feel extremely welcome. She was extremely skilled, calm, and made the ouchie parts not so bad. Our NP, Nina Waloewandja was the best provider we have seen, she was patient, understanding and my girl loved her. Overall we had a wonderful experience. Thank you to all the staff!

The center, once you are inside, is well run, the staff is courteous and I love love Dr. Salazar, but the unbelievable wait times to talk to anyone in the office is awful. If you call after 1:00 pm the phone rings and then goes to a busy signal, or you wait on hold in the automated system for 10, 15, 20 mins and then it tells you the person you are trying to reach voicemail box is full and disconnects you. I have waited up to 43 minutes to speak to someone live. It is very frustrating. I give Dr. Salazar and his staff 5 stars but the wait times on the phones 1 star.

They will NOT stop calling you. I have anthem and this place has called 5 times 5 saying Athem gave them. I told them each time that I am not interested in their program and to stop calling me and remove me from their list. They tell me each time that they will contact Anthem to say I am not interested. I called Anthem and told them about the Hippa, that it states I have to had given them permission in writing to give out my information. Anthem did not give them my information. STOP harassing people.
