We called them to ask if they could rekey our whole church after a break-in that morning. Ed called me right back and said he could be there in 2 hours and could do the out side locks that day. He was very professional and helpful and pointed out issues that we were not aware of do to the break-in. He even came back the next day to re-key the interior locks of the church. Then he came back once more to fix a problem that we were having with our main doors that are heavy and complex. He had to custom make a new piece on the spot.

I have some great things to say about this group and in particular a locksmith by the name of Ed that helped me out immensely today. I was at a commercial property and someone had stolen the vacant keys out of a lockbox on site. I was able to get in touch with the locksmith company who sent an extremely helpful kind and professional locksmith out by the name of Ed. I had several locks to be changed and he did it on the spot extremely quick, politely and was obviously very experienced and knowledgeable.
