Miguel was recommended by a friend who is a contractor, so I expected he'd do good work, but I was most impressed by his integrity. I've dealt with numerous contractors during the 30 years I've owned my house, and Miguel is firmly in the top tier. To begin with, he gave me a rough idea of when he'd be able to do the job but said he'd try to make it earlier -- and he did, by 2 weeks. His initial estimate was reasonable, and I'd already agreed to the price. Yet when he came to my house a couple of days before work began to explain in detail what they'd be doing, he said my gutters and downspouts are in good shape and didn't need to be replaced, only cleaned out and fastened...read full review

Miguel and his team were amazing from the beginning - not only meeting, but exceeded my expectations. Before work began Miguel delivered some composite shingles in various colors and type so we could see the quality and use it for the paint colors. Miguel's quote was competitive but his timeline was much faster. His team arrived on day 1 and did demolition by 1PM. The next day the materials (plywood and composite shingles, new flashing, new skylights, new venting) were delivered by 8:30am and work began. His team repaired a couple of issues they found. Great roofer. Miguel is very nice to work with, honest and humble.His quote was on a higher side, but had the best commitments listed in the quote. He and his crew are very friendly and did a fantastic job.He was flexible in his schedule and installed the roof sooner and completed on time, as there was a strong storm coming our way..Great guy to work with and I highly recommend Landmark Roofing.
