Itek care mobile service was AWESOME.
Kevin was attentive to my needs and got my laptop back in action in just under a few hours. He had the difficult task of taking apart my HP Laptop and replacing both USB-c ports which requires extensive soldering.
Now my laptop is fully functional and I couldn’t be happier. Plus his prices are 1/3 of Besr Buy’s Geek Squad and 1/2 the price of the local Santa Clara Central Computer shop.

I needed a iPad Air screen fixed. The Apple Store told me they don't do screen repairs, so I reached out to iTek. They were able to get me a quote that was reasonable and turned it around the same day after I dropped it off in the morning. They were great, appreciate their service.
