When you go to the consultation you can feel the excellence from the moment you walk in for your consultation, the level of professionalism is immediate. During my pre op appointment, the staff explained everything clearly and even gave me a binder with all the instructions for before and after surgery. His staff are very friendly and supportive. I have the type of skin that hyperpigment when you look at it wrong! If you share my olive tan skin type you know exactly what I mean. Kelly Setoguchi is a PA at Illuminate in their San Jose location. She has been taking great care of my skin for the past 18 months. I have seen practitioners in the past that have left me with scars that last for months . . . yes I have that type of skin. If you pop a zit I will see it for 3 months kind of skin. Kelly has never left a mark and as it should be I look better every time I see her. I know she pulses Moxi and BBL with me and she gets me custom prescriptions sent directly to me. Hands down the best experience I’ve had getting Botox! The front staff was so welcoming and pleasant, the treatment was quick and painless, and I truly felt I was in great hands.
