I recommend California Institute because Doctor Ortiz is friendly. Intelligent, kind, and professional! She is why I highly recommend this Institute. I also loved the waiting area and the friendly and professional receptionist I interacted with today. I was treated with dignity and respect! This is what I call medical professionalism!
I have been a patient for years and I have not had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and check in time is quick and efficient.Joe and his team are awesome. Billing is also very convenient.
