Second time I’ve used these guys and I have nothing bad to say. I wish I could give them 11 stars. I called yesterday to see if they could come to my place to look at my AC which was not blowing air as cool as it was previously. My appointment was for 2pm but Barsin called me to ask if he could swing 4 hours earlier which I asked if they could do if they had any cancellations. Within 30 minutes Barsin had my AC much cooler than it was previously due to a low voltage compressor and low Freon. Prior to this, it took 2 hours to cool my home down just 2 degrees. Barsin came back a second time after I called HVACerz informing them of my AC unit working but the air being not as cold as before which was causing my AC unit to take 2 hours to cool down the house just 2 degrees on a hot day. I can only imagine how much the electricity cost resulted from that. Barsin wasn't on time but instead had called me 2 hours earlier to see if I'd like for him to arrive early which I was VERY grateful for. In 30 minutes he was able to isolate the issue to a low voltage condenser as well as low Freon. Once the those items were fixed, Barsin even cleaned out my AC unit for FREE which is usually an added charge. The AC unit is almost too cold now...read full review

We needed to replace our AC unit and furnace for a long time but postponed the project because we were afraid of the cost and being taken advantage of. After long research and obtaining numerous estimates, we chose HVACerz.I must say we are extremely happy and relieved to have made this decision. Everything about HVACerz was impressive. The bid was most reasonable, the quality of the AC unit & furnace was the best, their service was detailed and professional. The team even followed up a week later after installation to see if we had any questions. Basically the entire experience was absolutely amazing!
