I have been coming to this great Clips location for 10 years. My experience all these time has been mediocre. None of the hairstylist know how to do basic taper cut in the side. But today I had an appointment with Connie. She was a master at her art. She did the perfect taper I asked for. Nobody at this location was able to do for the past 10 years what Connie did today. She should get a promotion
I went here to donate my hair for wigs for kids and Thao was wonderful. She guided me through the donation process and neatly packed the hair and gave it back to me to mail. After growing long hair for 2 years, I was a little bit uneasy but she made me feel very comfortable and gave me a great hairstyle. When I was getting ready to pay, she even said that the haircut was free as it was for a good cause. I gave a generous tip for the hard work she put in. I would definitely recommend her and the salon!!
I had a great experience at this salon! The stylist listened carefully to my instructions and followed them closely, delivering exactly the look I wanted. My gentleman’s cut (or tousled layers, as Great Clips calls it) turned out fantastic—clean, well-blended, and easy to style. The attention to detail and professionalism really stood out. I’ll definitely be returning for my next cut!
