Supercuts hair salon in San Jose, located at Brokaw Plaza II, offers a variety of services including quality haircuts for men and women, as well as color services at an affordable price. The salon carries a range of hair care products for purchase. Customers have praised stylists like Sue, who is recognized for her professionalism and talent in haircutting. Many clients have been loyal to Sue for years, appreciating her ability to deliver excellent results. One customer mentioned a specific style request for layered sides and swept bangs, which Sue executed beautifully.
While most customers are happy with their cuts, some have faced challenges explaining their desired styles. The hot towel treatment remains a popular finishing touch. However, a few customers feel that the prices are on the higher side. Recently, there was an issue with an appointment at the Brokaw location, which led to a misunderstanding. The owner responded quickly by offering a free haircut at another location, which impressed the customer and improved their overall rating. Despite past concerns, many still regard Supercuts as a reliable choice for hair services.
Sue is wonderful! She listens, understands exactly what I want, walks the extra mile and her experience really shows. I’m very pleased with my haircut and will definitely see her again in October—not just for a trim, but for highlights too. I trust her hands and style completely! 😊
Good haircut but didn’t find out they don’t accept the monthly subscription until after it was done. Had to pay cash for something I’ve already paid for doesn’t make me inclined to return.
Sue is always very professional and extremely good at what she does. been having her cut my hair for years and still to this day she is the reason I stay with super cuts.
Stylist: Sue is the best .she is absolutely the best stylist ever ........??
