Had a haircut appointment with Rosa. It was wonderful to have someone so knowledgeable and experienced to take care of my hair. Even though it was my first time here, she immediately put me at ease. I absolutely adore my new haircut and look.

got my brows done at their benefit bar with REINA & had a wonderful experience ! my brows came out perfect; reina was great at communicating what suggested be done and listened to my requests well ! i usually get anxious about pain when i get my brows done but reina was very gentle (close to painless !) yet efficient with both waxing and tweezing ! definitely recommend reina and will be seeing them again :)

I think we all know the store can be a bit overwhelming, not this location in particular, but any Ulta. The staff was plentiful and helpful and engaging. When I went, there was no line I had to return and a new purchase. The whole thing was super easy.
