The technician, Travis was very professional and explained the work being performed. Tested the equipment thoroughly and left work area very clean. Don't get taken to the cleaners by other untrustworthy companies and make sure to get an estimate from Golden Bear!

We had a wonderful experience with Golden Bear on a large project - replacing our old HVAC system with a heat pump, new ducts, asbestos removal etc. The owner, TK, is amazing to work with and told us about various rebates available through SJCE, TechClean etc. There were some hiccups in asbestos removal (through a sub-contractor) but TK owned it well and got a different sub-contractor to finish the job to our satisfaction.
Overall, we can't recommend them enough! The entire crew was pleasant to deal with and they finished the work on time and within budget.

From the very first visit, Tamim (the owner) impressed us with his professionalism, honesty, and thoughtful recommendations. His bid came in as the most competitive, and yet the quality of service far exceeded our expectations.
What really made the experience exceptional was how flexible and accommodating they were. We had a number of changes and requests during the project, and not once did they make us feel like it was a hassle--or ask for more money. Everything was handled with patience and professionalism.
