“Rainbow Cleaners is a professional in-house dry cleaner. Everything is cleaned at the location by Terry and his team. They are the most meticulous and reliable people, overseen by Terry, who is also the owner and manager. He does not use staples in any of the garments (which makes such a difference!) and nothing is trucked off to some warehouse in the East Bay. Terry is also incredibly trust worthy, as he keeps secure any thing he find in the pockets— one time my husband forgot cash in his blazer and there was more than $600 in the pockets —we did not even know!! —but Terry kept everything secure to give us when we came for pickup. The blazers and coats are put on oversized hangers with either large round plastic curves or soft foam on the shoulders of the hangers to support the shape and form of the blazer or coat shoulders — most other places just throw everything onto the cheapest wire hook hangers, which causes the blazers and coats to deform shape in the shoulder areas. These details matter so much to customers, and we are relieved that we have found a dry cleaner in San Jose who cares about our clothes as if they were his own! We had a very similar excellence dry cleaner for years in Cupertino, but when we moved to San Jose, we had to find a new location— so we are very pleased that we found Rainbow Cleaners!!!“

The material of these jackets was challenging: referred to as "BeyondSoft fabric. A blend of TENCEL™ Modal, Polyester and Spandex.... the flexibility of scuba fabric but with a luxurious, soft-as-suede touch"

Of note: do call 1 day prior to expected pick up to ensure it's ready. Mine wasn't when I called, so I picked it up 1 day later (my fail safe plan allowed for it!)
