We had several issues with our home, including a leaky kitchen window, cracks in the stucco, and wood rot in the trim. Mendy from Dreamprint Home Remodeling quickly identified the source of the window leak and took the time to thoroughly explain our repair options. He listened to our concerns and remained available to answer any questions throughout the entire project. Mendy and his team were professional, courteous, and easy to work with. The Dreamprint Home Remodeling team helped with our kitchen and bathroom remodel, including converting a mudroom into a new bathroom. Mendy drew up our permit drawings and got the permit approved with the city of San Jose. He was quick and responsive, and worked to the timeframes he promised. He was familiar with the city of San Jose and went in person to get our permit approved quickly. When we had to make alterations to the permit drawings (we discovered necessary changes as demolition and rough work proceeded), he did them very quickly and walked in again to get approval on the spot, keeping our project on time. Dreamprint Home Remodeling added rock siding to my one-story home, and it looks gorgeous! The other day one of my neighbors was on a walk and he stopped to let me know my front yard was looking sharp (he thought I might be selling my house because it looked so good.). Dreampoint completed the job in just a few days and took care to protect my new pavers. I would use this company again, anytime!
