I began using this place on the advice of a friend I respect very much.I have used them 8 times (7 dry cleaning, 1 alterations) and have had absolutely no issues.I am very impressed with how my clothes feel clean but there is no chemical smell or overly stiff appearance to them. This is the only place I take my clothes, Ramon has been doing this for over 20 years. He knows how to adjust anything you take to him. Ignore the negative reviews, dont forget people are human too.
