Wonderful experience!! I called and on the phone Adrian talked me through re-lighting my pilot light. His directions were excellent and he was very patient. He easily could have made an appointment to come out himself and charged me a huge service fee but he didn't! I would call again and hire him without any hesitation.
What I thought was a water heater issue turned out to be something much simpler... but I wouldn't have known if I hadn't called Adrian. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to help me troubleshoot over the phone, letting me know it would save me $100+ rather than having him come out. Based on his recommendations, my husband was able to fix the issue. Thank you, Adrian!
