I’ve worked in the electrical industry as an electrician for 10 years and a foreman for 2 of those years. I’ve never worked for a company as amazing as Cupertino. They really seem to care about their employees AND their customers. We go out of our way to make sure we provide the best quality work and that makes me want to work all the harder for the company.

Awesome company to work for. Big learning curve while internalizing the company policies. A culture that makes you feel important. Coworkers that make sure you know you have support, as long as you have the where with all to ask.
