The facility is clean and the staff is amazing, friendly, attentive, and professional. Service is described as above and beyond, with a supportive and welcoming environment. Appointments are easy to make, though some services may not accept insurance and can be pricey. This medical center welcomes walk-ins for a wide range of concerns and also provides services like sports physicals.
Nurse Jennifer Espinoza was very compassionate and pleasant to talk to. She's very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything that I need to know. And the Front Desk Coordinator Tessa was very welcoming and kind hearted too and explain all the documents that I signed and even helped put my hand brace. Thank you ladies for a great customer service, highly recommended clinic! 🥰
Having been here two times now, once for myself and the second time for a family member, I can honestly say that this place is incredible. The service is above and beyond, friendly, attentive, everything you’d hope to get from a health care facility. Highly recommend!!!!
Clean facility. It was easy making an appointment. Lady at the front desk was really pleasant and helpful . The bummer was they do not acceptance insurance for the service I required. .
