Erick squeezed his busy schedule to fit my time arrangement. He came to my house with years of professional experiences. His inspection approach is very detail oriented without loosing the big picture of how to operate and maintain a complicated pool system (my home happens to have one) from the customer's perspective. He took great efforts to explain every detail and mechanics to me in layman's terms, which are very helpful and beyond his inspection work scope. My wife and I just purchased a new house and we wanted to make sure that an complete and unbiased inspection was performed. Someone from my office had recommended Eric from Capstone Inspections to me. It was nice that Eric was able to fit us in rather quickly into our closing schedule. It was also wonderful that he was able to handle both the house inspection as well as the pest inspection all in one. He turned around a 75 page report less than one day after the inspection.
